Meet Monkey Magic, a very special little guy!
Monkey was returned to our care for rehabilitation, after suffering a nasty injury to his foot where it was crushed.
With a lot of love and medical attention, Monkey has completely recovered, however he became an amputee early into his treatment.
Monkey has no problem with mobility, he runs and climbs better than other Dragons!
During his rehabilitation, we became more and more fond of Monkey and his resilient, yet cheeky nature. We became reluctant to rehome him and decided he should stay!
We would like to take this opportunity to raise awareness to the importance of adult supervision when young children interact with their baby Beardies. Proper care must be taken during handling time. Bearded Dragons are robust, yet fragile creatures, that require safe handling practices.
